Anna is a local hair stylist here in Windsor that I’ve been meaning to contact for awhile. But I never quite had the courage to ask her; her myspace profile intimidated me. However, I’m glad I did contact her. I mean look at those portraits they are great.

I had just woken up at the crack of noon and I got a phone call from Kayla that she had just got her makeup done and was getting her hair done and she was wondering if I would like to take pictures of it. Of course why not!
One of the thing that I like about working with Kayla is that when she arrives and she sees a pink plastic cup sitting on the end of the flash she doesn’t sass me with “Hey, ding-a-ling, that’s not the place to put your dirty dishes”. Instead, she is more likely to ask “what’s that gonna do?”
Coming in from all the way down the block comes Cerah Steele. She is a local hair dresser and she got her hair and make up done for this.
From what I know of hair dressing there seems to be a lot of drinking and smoking involved. This photo-session was no exception; both smokes and drinks were consumed—I am easily bribed :)
