Cassandra contacted me awhile ago saying that she wanted to do some bondage/fetish type pictures. We finally got around to doing them the other day. It was a fun shoot, there is a lot of pressure to do a good job on photos like this. For her to trust me enough to allow this and for me be respectful of her and good job and not offend her. That is what bondage is about trust and respect.
Something to remember, while these are bondage photos they aren’t the one that everyone associates with porn. That style is called Damsel in Distress, and this looks nothing like it. Hopefully, these will be viewed in the way that they are intended to be: artistic. Look at the ropework, the textures of it and patterns it makes, contrasting with her skin, the moodiness of it all.
It is interesting to note that many people comment on my previous bondage pictures. Asking all sorts of questions, the most common question is “why?” and the most facetious answer I can come up with is “to make you ask me that.” It is a good conversation starter, and now there are some new ones for you all to ask about (and some already have).
Warning: These are disturbing images and they are meant to be that way… don’t forget that.
I’ve had this idea nearly all summer, and I was glad when I found Cassandra to do the first in this series. When I say I found Cassandra, what I really mean is: I whined to Jenn and she talked to Cassie about it. Jenn knows everyone.
Originally, I was going to do these without the aid of a make up artist. However, the amazing and talented Cerah Steele came over, put on a clinic, and made the photos 100x better.
We did these pictures after the bondage ones so Cassandra was less nervous and had realized the key element: this is all just fun. The pictures look quite serious, but for the most part we were laughing the entire time doing these.
PS – if you have to ask if it was real heroin, or if she really stuck herself, or if she really looks that way… seriously now…
